We put so much care into selecting our beds and furniture, which makes us very confident that you’ll love your purchase. We are so confident that we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your items.

In the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. We can collect the item at a cost of £49 which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may organise the return.

Please ensure items are returned in new condition; unused, unassembled and still in their original packaging.

Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receiving returned items. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the funds to show in your account.

If you receive any faulty or damaged goods, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send a replacement as quickly as possible.

If an item is received with missing parts, please let us know and we’ll send a replacement as quickly as possible.

All of our mattresses come with a 60-Night Sleep Trial for your peace of mind. What's more, you’ll find some of our mattresses come with an extended sleep trial.
