All of our mattresses come with a 60-Night Sleep Trial for your peace of mind. What's more, you’ll find some of our mattresses come with an extended sleep trial. You'll notice the terms and conditions for each type of sleep trial are exactly the same except for the length of the trial.
We really hope you love your new mattress. In the unlikely event that you’re not getting on with it, we’re happy to offer you a refund or an exchange to make sure you find the mattress that’s perfect for you.
If you find you’re not getting on with your mattress and you’d like to send it back to us, or you’d like to exchange it for another, contact our team at [email protected]. Alternatively, give us a call on 01422 349860. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 5pm.
Please bear in mind some mattress settlement is completely natural. We often sleep in the same positions every night and it’s normal for a mattress to adapt to the contours of our body. It’ll settle in pressure-point areas, which means the fillings are doing their job – supporting you where you need it most.
As part of our Sleep Trial, if after 30 nights you’re not satisfied with the comfort of your mattress, you can send it back to us for a refund or we’ll exchange it for an alternative mattress.

If after 30 nights you inform us that your choice of mattress is proving uncomfortable, as long as you comply with the conditions set out below, we’ll be happy to issue a refund or exchange it for an alternative mattress.
If you choose a more expensive mattress, any difference in price between the original mattress and the replacement mattress will be required at the time of re-selection.
If you choose a less-expensive mattress, any difference in price will be refunded using the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the funds to show in your account.
The Comfort Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
(a) We are unable to process a refund or an exchange earlier than 30 nights from the day of delivery as it can take this long for your body to adjust to your new mattress and for the fillings to settle.
(b) All packaging may be removed but the original or returning mattress must be kept in perfect condition, so we insist on the use of a mattress protector. We reserve the right to refuse a return or an exchange if a mattress protector hasn’t been used or the product is marked or soiled.
(c) In the case of exchanges, a collection and re-delivery charge of £49 will be applied.
(d) In the case of refunds, a collection charge of £49 will be applied.

If you’d like to exchange your mattress for another, please visit our website to view our range of mattresses. Once you’ve found a more suitable mattress, contact our customer service team with your order details and the name of the new mattress you’d like to exchange to.
When arranging your Sleep Trial return with our customer service team, please be ready to make a payment of £49 for the collection cost. Once this payment has been made, we’ll be able to arrange a convenient collection date.
If you’re arranging your Sleep Trial exchange with our customer service team, please be ready to make a payment of £49 for the collection and re-delivery cost, plus any difference in price if the newer mattress is more expensive. Once this payment has been made, we’ll be able to arrange a convenient date for the exchange to take place.
Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receiving returned items. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the funds to show in your account.

Please re-wrap the mattress in the mattress bag we send out before the collection date and we’ll be happy to take it.
